  • 1 can of European canned peaches, drained
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Raspberry sauce or raspberry coulis (can be store-bought or homemade)

  • Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a serving dish.
  • Arrange a few drained peach slices around the ice cream.
