  • Ingredients:

 

    • European canned peaches, drained and sliced
    • Feta cheese, crumbled
    • Tomatoes
    • Red onion, thinly sliced
    • Black olives, pitted
    • Olive oil
    • Balsamic vinegar
    • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  • Instructions

 

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced red onion, and black olives.
  • Add the drained canned peaches and crumbled feta cheese to the salad.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
